Matt comes to The Logue Group with a passion for understanding the impact of culture on conflict.  With over thirty years of conflict resolution experience in health care, banking, higher education and community organizations he has served as a Physician Assistant, Director of Employee Relations, Director of Affirmative Action and Vice President of Diversity.

Matt has extensive experience in large group facilitation working with the Massachusetts Office of Public Collaboration (MOPC) and with the Interaction Institute for Social Change (IISC).  He serves as Adjunct Faculty at Northeastern University, Salus University in Philadelphia, PA, and Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Myers, FL.  He is a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Massachusetts Boston, Dispute Resolution Program and teaches Negotiations for NeighborWorks America.  Matt also serves as Senior Strategist for Story +Structure, a human-centered design firm that provides systems and product solutions, based in Boston.

Matt is actively involved in his community, serving his second year as Co-Facilitator for LeadBoston, a leadership program sponsored by the Greater Boston YWCA.  He has been a facilitator of the City Wide Dialogues on Racial and Ethnic Diversity since that program’s inception in 2003 and has facilitated a round of the dialogues with the Boston City Council.  A resident of Dorchester, MA, he has served as Vice President of the Fields Corner Community Development Corporation for the past fifteen years.

Matt is a graduate of Northeastern University and the Dispute Resolution Program of the University of Massachusetts Boston.
